We at UNIFILLER are a dedicated team of professionals who have the knowledge and expertise of the Baking and Food Production Industry. The owners are highly creative entrepreneurs who are committed to developing new technologies through unique and innovative machine designs.

UNIFILLER provide solutions for precise portion control in the food industry with an extensive range of single piston depositors, transfer pumps and multiple head units, and we specialize in producing both fully and semi automated cake production systems.

Our philosophy is to develop strong long term relationships with our customers through honesty, integrity and trust. We sell through expertise and commit to understand our customer’s needs to create a "win - win" situation for everyone.

Company History:

Founded in November 1988, The Company is owned by three partners, Benno Bucher, Kuno Kurschner, and Stewart Macpherson who began to sell machines into the bakery industry in Canada then concentrating on the U.S. market... today Unifiller ships machines worldwide.

• Kuno Kurschner

  President

  

  Born in Switzerland, Kuno is a fully qualified tool and die maker and a highly innovative designer and mechanical engineer. He is responsible for the product design strategy, new product development, and for the overall company strategy and operations.

• Stewart Macpherson

  VP - Sales & Marketing

  

  Born in Scotland, Stewart trained as a baker in England, Switzerland and Germany. He has been selling bakery depositors and Automated Cake Production systems since 1979. He is responsible for Sales, Marketing and for new product development to meet the markets needs and company strategy.

• Benno Bucher

  Vice President

  

  Benno is Swiss born and trained as an electrical controls technician. His expertise comes from years in the food industry as a modified atmosphere packaging technician. Benno is responsible for the product Research and Development, new product concepts and company strategy.
